| Pantene Foam Conditioner
This is a bonus item in this month’s box. I am kind of excited about it. At first I thought this was a dry conditioner, which I was really excited about. I didn’t notice the rinse logo on the front. Once I realized that it kind of took the air out of my excitement balloon. I will still give this a try, but am disappointed that its not dry.
Score: 8/10 Full Size: $5.99-$6.99 |
Pureology Hydrate Air Dry Cream
A Pureology product? Fantastic. 30 ML trial sample - that might actually give me fair representation of the products effects on my hair. I have yet to use this yet as I’m about to get my hair re-dyed and i didn’t want to try any new products on my hair for a while.
This smells good and I’m interested to see if it works on my hair. The purpose of this cream is so that you can skip the blow-dry step in your routine. I don’t know, I have really thick hair. The jury is still out on this one. Score: 8/10 (I’m interested to see if this works on my hair) Full Size Price: $28 |
Beauty for Real Eyeliner in Whiskey
Big points for this one. I have been begging for eyeliner that is a little out of the box. The color on this Whiskey 24/7 Waterproof liner is fabulous. It’s a coppery, brown color with super long last wear. It glides on smooth and is striking on the eye.
Score: 10/10. Great formula and fab color. Full Size: $14 |
Korres Wild Rose Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial
Another face product. I have so many now. I really need to start using them. Maybe that is a blog post all in itself. The many faces of Marcella. 😂
I’m not wild about the smell of this one. I cracked the inner seal so it might be a gift for a friend. It is a nice sized sample though, so I’m sure someone will be happy to receive it. Score: 5/10 (The smell, I’m not crazy about it, and I’m bored with masks/creams) Full Size: $48 - WHAT - and it is only double this sample size? Wow, maybe i will give this one a try - to see if its worth the money. |
Eau Thermale Avene - A-Oxitive Antioxidant Protection
I love products from Eau Thermal Avene. I have MANY from my various subscription boxes. They never fail to be wonderful. I have complained in the past because they tend to send samples that are literally a thimble full. How am I supposed to know how a product works if I have less than one application?
However - this sample is not bad. It’s small, but not a bad size for this brand. I have had much smaller. Score: 6/10 (Great brand, decent size. So tired of creams though) Full Size: $44 |
Kat Von D - Saint
This month, you had the option of getting either the Saint or Sinner fragrance from Kat Von D. I was not especially excited about this, until I opened it and smelled it. WOW! This is gorgeous. I am so curious now as to how the Sinner smells. I can’t wait to use this on a daily basis. Although, It might make its way into my travel kit. It’s a great size and will last me quite some time.
Score - 7 out of 10 (just because I am super pick about my fragerence selection, they are just lucky i actually liked this). Full Size: $65 |
November Box
I cannot wait for this box. Look at that brush! It’s a crease brush. A UNICORN crease brush! Woo-hoo. Dr. Brant! AHHHHH. Another Hey Honey product. This is going to be a good month, if the sizes are acceptable.

Final Thoughts
Score: 8/10
A solid box. I enjoyed most of the products and I can’t wait to try some of them on a regular basis. Especially the Whiskey eyeliner. November is looking real promising. However, if the sample sizes are too small it could shit the bed. We’ll see.
Until next time,
