The Allure Beauty Box usually ties in my head with Ipsy as a great beauty box. When I think about getting rid of one or the other, I can never decide and I end up keeping both. The products in Allure tend to be better than Ipsy. This month was a great month of Allure Best of Beauty Award winners.

Eyeko Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner

I lurve Eyeko liquid liners. It definately is one of my favorites. This vibrant, waterproof liquid liner goes on smooth and it lasts. The swatch below after many hand washings was on my hand for 2 days. lol.  This liner has a pen tip which works great for people like me that have trouble with eyeliner.  Pencils don't work for me because they tug at my lid. This glides on smooth and easy. I can't explain how much I love this liner.

Score: 5/5 - One of my all-time favorite products. $22 for the full size product.

Simple Water Boost Micellar Make-Up Remover Eye Pads

I'm so excited about these. I love Simple products and these are a great size that will fit right in my travel bag. These make-up removers are for sensitive skin. They feel great on the face and remove even the toughest mascara.

Lucky for me, this was the variant item I received. You could have also received the Hydrating Gel Cream, which would have been fantastic as well, but i will get much more use with this.

Score: 5/5 - Who wouldn't love these pads. $6.99 for a full-size version.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation

What a great product this is. They sent us a quiz earlier in the month so that they could send us the proper shade. I think they nailed it, my sister thinks it looks light. I guess we'll see when I road test it.

The product is light and smooths on quickly. Its a cute little travel size. I will immediately be putting most of this box into my travel kit.

Score: 5/5 I love that it is a tiny little travel size. There is a good amount of product here. Full size $43.

Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Creme Lipstick in C211
Once again I expected a red lippie. Stop using Red on the box. I should know better that it is just the design of the box. What did I find in inside. Another mauve lippie. Snore...

I'm so tired of this color. I have 15 different lippies this shade. Can I please get a pop of color!

Score: 2/5 - I'm just really tired of this color. Full size is $22.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra-Light Sunscreen Fluid

I don't really go to the beach, but I do intend on spending a lot of time in my back yard this summer. I'm excited to use this 60 SPF lightweight cream.

It's a tiny bottle and will only last 1-2 uses. I might also choose to just put in my travel kit and use on vacation this summer in Florida.

Score: 4/5 Sunscreen is always a good idea. Full size $19.

Laneige Water Sleeping Mask

This feels amazing. It's so silky and soft. I'm not sure how I feel about putting in on before I go to bed. I have two dogs whose soul purpose in life is attempting to lick every inch of my face each morning.

The magazine that comes with the box each month gave me a great idea to try it after I fly.

Score: 3/5 - The jury is still out on this one. We'll see how much I use it while traveling. Full size is $25.

Oribe Free Styler Working Hairspray
I've gotten samples from this brand before. Its a high-quality brand. The problem is, I don't tend to use hairspray. It's not a part of my daily care routine.

However, it's a great size that will fit in my travel kit and I can use it during business meetings. The magazine says that it is supposed to smell like J Lo. Not sure about that, but it does smell interesting.

Score: 4/5 - I just don't really use hairspray so much. Full size is $42.

Swatches

Here are the swatches for this month. You can see how vibrant the Eyeko liquid liner is. It went on smoothly and it stayed on my hand for over two days. I can't wait to add this to my travel kit.

Final Thoughts

Much, much better than last month. I really like most of the products. I will use most of them too! Some spoilers have come out for April and I'm not really excited about it, but we'll see.

Score: 4/5 - There is really no bad here. It's not the best box ever, but its a good one. This is a subscription box that I really enjoy. It tends to have really quality products.
